Position: Postdoctoral Scholar
Focus: Visuomotor Policies and Robotics Foundation Models
Xu is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Stanford University. He earned his Ph.D. and M.S.E. degrees at the GRASP Lab at the University of Pennsylvania. His research focuses on analyzing and developing visuomotor policies and foundation models for robotic manipulation and autonomous navigation, with an emphasis on improving their generalizability across different robots and environments, as well as their robustness to perturbations in visual sensing.
