Lars Osterberg

Position: Masters Student

Focus: Vision Language Action Models

Lars is a Master’s student in the Mechanical Engineering department. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego in 2025. He currently serves on Stanford’s Environmental Health and Safety committee. His research interest lies in understanding Vision Language Action models and improving them to be better suited for real-world tasks. His hobbies include running and making songs with his friends.
