Focus: Distributed estimation
Trevor Halsted is a Ph.D. candidate at Stanford University in Mechanical Engineering. He graduated from UC Davis in 2016 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Math. While at UCD, Trevor conducted research on a microfluidic device and also completed a research project in the math department. Trevor is funded by the 2017 National Defense Science and Engineering Graduate Fellowship.
Trevor’s research interests currently include distributed optimization methods for estimation and perception in multi-robot systems.
